Todd was born in Ottawa and raised in Newfoundland. He joined IG Wealth Management in 1991 and moved to Victoria to serve as a Regional Vice President in 2007. In 2020 Todd decided to focus exclusively on our client practice. He finds great reward in collaborating with the team to help clients achieve successful outcomes.

Outside of the office, Todd can be found spending time with his wife Kerry and son Sean. He enjoys travelling, reading, hiking, cycling, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. He also supports BGC South Vancouver Island.

Stephen was born and raised in Victoria, BC. Although culinary arts was Stephen's first passion, his love of people and his desire to help others led him to IG Wealth Management in 2005. Stephen was a Division Manager at IG for eight years before shifting his focus exclusively to our client practice.

Outside of the office, you will find Stephen spending time with his wife Anna and two children Hugh and Lucille. He enjoys cultivating his garden, cycling through town, golfing, and cooking up a culinary masterpiece. He was also the past president of the Victoria Brain Injury Society.

Derek was born and raised in Victoria, BC. An interest in finance was sparked at a very young age. Ultimately, he began his career at IG Wealth Management as a Consultant in 2013 after completing his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta. In January 2018, he obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® designation.

Derek believes that financial success is built on a foundation of discipline and knowledge. As a result, he has volunteered for over five years with Junior Achievement BC. He also supports Vic West FC, Lakehill Soccer Association, and Victoria United FC.

Outside of the office, you will find Derek on the soccer field, either playing on his team or coaching youth at the Lakehill Soccer Association.

Miles was born and raised in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and has been living in Victoria for over 30 years. He graduated with a BA in Business from McMaster University and received his CPA accreditation shortly after, while also obtaining his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® designation. Miles finds great satisfaction in helping clients put their financial life in order.

Outside of the office, you will find Miles spending time with his wife Kathy and daughters Michelle and Erika. He also served as the prior chair of CanSurmount Victoria, and the former treasurer and vice president of Better Business Bureau of Vancouver Island.

Catherine Ray was born in Toronto, grew up in Vancouver, before making Victoria home in 2007.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from the University of British Columbia. 

Catherine has spent most of her professional career in customer service for the tourism industry in both Vancouver and Victoria. Before stepping away from her career to raise her three children, Catherine worked in media relations within the tourism industry in Victoria building strong connections and helping to showcase the destination and the people and experiences within.

Outside of work, Catherine is married and the proud mother of three active children. Much of her free time is spent on the sidelines of sporting events cheering on her children or volunteering on the school council.  

Although she was born in Nanaimo, Erin has lived in Victoria since she was 6 months old. Erin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Astronomy from the University of Victoria in 2024 and began a career in administration and executive assistance shortly thereafter.

Outside of the office, Erin enjoys hiking, cooking, caring for her plants, and spending time with her friends and family.
